You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pkr32 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pkr32 strongly recommends that you:
pkr32 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate account security. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not you personally authorised it — is your responsibility unless you have notified pkr32 of a security breach and pkr32 has confirmed the relevant transactions are under investigation.
pkr32 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or telephone. If you receive such a request purportedly from pkr32, treat it as a phishing attempt and contact our support team immediately.
pkr32 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. All deposits are credited to your PKR wallet. pkr32 does not charge any platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pkr32 is not responsible.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your pkr32 account dashboard. pkr32 reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate payment source controlled by the account holder.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. pkr32 aims to process withdrawal requests within one business day. Actual settlement times depend on the payment method selected: Raast and JazzCash withdrawals typically settle within hours; bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
Before any withdrawal is processed, pkr32 may require completion of KYC verification. pkr32 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory identity verification. Withdrawals will only be approved where the player's real money balance exceeds the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold, as displayed in the account dashboard.
All pkr32 accounts are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to player balances. If a deposit is made in a foreign currency (e.g., USDT), pkr32 will convert the received amount to PKR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of processing. pkr32 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
pkr32 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of any unlawful activity through its Platform. By using pkr32, you confirm that all funds deposited are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. pkr32 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and to freeze or close accounts where money laundering concerns cannot be resolved.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by pkr32 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your pkr32 account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. pkr32 takes bonus integrity very seriously. The following practices constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:
Bonus funds and free spin awards that are not used or wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without notice. pkr32 is not obligated to provide advance warning of bonus expiry beyond the original promotion terms.
pkr32 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — circumstances where pkr32 reasonably suspects a bet has been placed in breach of these Terms, where the displayed odds were the result of a manifest error, or where pkr32 has grounds to suspect match-fixing or corrupt activity.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or terms that are clearly erroneous — including due to a technical malfunction, pricing feed error, or obvious human error — pkr32 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the stake. A "manifest error" is defined as an error so obvious that a reasonable person in the player's position should have recognised it as an error at the time the bet was placed.
In-play (live) betting on cricket, football, and other sports is offered on pkr32 subject to market availability. Bets placed on in-play markets are final once confirmed by the system and cannot be cancelled by the player after acceptance. pkr32 may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event without notice, including for data integrity reasons.
All casino games, slots, and RNG-based titles on pkr32 use certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are determined by the software of the respective game provider and are not influenced by pkr32 or any external party. In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during play, the bet may be voided and the stake returned, subject to the game provider's malfunction policy.
During major PSL fixtures, peak server loads may result in brief latency on live betting markets. pkr32 cannot be held liable for bets affected by network conditions outside its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkr32 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

pkr32 may permanently close a player's account in circumstances including — but not limited to — confirmed breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive conduct directed at pkr32 staff or other players, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or where pkr32 determines that continued operation of the account presents unacceptable risk.
Upon termination for cause, pkr32 reserves the right to retain any real money balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any retained balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may request voluntary closure of their pkr32 account at any time by contacting pkr32 customer support. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

pkr32's total cumulative liability to any player for any cause of action arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by that player to their pkr32 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkr32 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkr32 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pkr32's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
pkr32 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the pkr32 Privacy Policy.
pkr32 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect player data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmitted between your device and pkr32 servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS technology.
